Q. I haven't received my login verification code.
A. Depending on your email settings, the email containing the verification code may have been sorted into a different folder, such as your spam folder. Please check there. If you have not received the email in Gmail, you can often check it in the "Important" or "All Mail" folder.
Q: When will it arrive?
A. The earliest delivery date is two days after the order date. This varies depending on the delivery area. Please check the " Shipping Policy " for details.
Q: I haven't received all my items yet.
A. It is possible that some items in your order are out of stock. Please check your order history in My Account to see if any items are out of stock. Please rest assured that charges for out-of-stock items will be automatically refunded. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Q. I would like Costco to be able to deliver bread and delicatessen items to areas such as Kansai and Kyushu.
A. We are currently preparing to open new stores so that we can deliver products with short expiration dates to the Kansai and Kyushu areas. We would appreciate your patience for a little while longer.
Q. Will Costco sushi be sold?
A. We are not currently selling this product as the expiration date is the same day of delivery, and depending on the delivery area, the expiration date may have passed. However, if there are still many people who would like to order it, we will consider it in the future, so we also welcome requests via the " Inquiries " form here!
Q. What Costco products do you recommend?

Q. I would like a receipt that corresponds to the invoice.
